I wired $1993.00 from my bank account to my Solid Trust Pay account (4memcutler) on 6/6/13. The company website says that it takes 3 to 4 business days for the wire transfer to post. I emailed the wire transfer confirmation to their payments department and even spoken with someone in management regarding this. I have called several times to figure out what happened to my transfer and to date I have gotten a response. On 6/17 I received and email saying that they were looking into it with no time frame as to when my money would be credited to my account.
I have used STP for many years and have never had an issue like this happen before. I am very disappointed in the customer service. I asked which government agency to report my concerns to and the STP agent on the phone refused to answer my questions and referred me to the user agreement for details. Their user agreement only states how to place a complaint or grievance on another member or company but does not indicate how to file a formal grievance against them.
STP makes enough money to cover this deposit without holding my business hostage while they take their sweet time investigating.

Though it has been several years since this report was made, we are unfortunately just seeing it now for the first time.
We looked into this users account and noted that, while this complaint was made in 2013, the account was active as recently as 2016 -- making large transfers and using the account for business purposes.
So, while we regret the experience this user had in 2013, we wish to make it clear that the issue was resolved and the user has continued to use our services!
