Solid Trust Pay Non user freindly. Cant get money out. Kawatahra canada
Its been 12mths since I put $170 into STP via bank deposit & has NO success in getting it back out again. I have had NO response from emails i sent. Today I got an email from noreply@STP that $10 has been transferred internally to themselves???- Why?? I cant ask becaise there is no one to contact. Every time I try to add bank dertails Or credit card, it finds reason to not verify it.
I used the webcam feature which couldnt read my card so i deleted the card when I was unable to try again. It will only accept VISA NOT Mastercard so I thought deleting it meant it was DELETED from their system!!! I tried to add the deleted card to try again with the webcam but now i get the message that the card im trying to use is already in the ststem yet it doesnt show up under my account so how the am I supposed to verify it?
This is the most stupid system I have ever seen. just want my d**n money back. I am loathe to continually input my extremeley private financial information to a website that seems to keep that information yet with no benefit to me. I dont trust STP and regret putting my money in with them. It is totally frustrating!! They have my money & are taking it for themselves in dribs drabs but why cant I get it back?
GIVE MY MONEY BACK STP!!
