BUYER BEWARE! Avoid using this company at all costs! Incompetence at every level in this company.
Order two cases of Advion roach gel plus a box of plungers and tips. They poorly taped three boxes (of different sizes) together and boxes became dislodged in FedEx’s sorting system. FexEx said it’s against their policy to tape boxes together – each package must have its own tracking number for this very reason.
Company took no responsibility for their mistake. And said they always tape boxes together. Their laziness and cutting corners to save a buck put me out of business for almost a week and lost revenue/income.
Spoke with Zach the CEO who said he would look into it. Tried following up with calls and voicemails over a two-week period to CEO and no response. Blocked my phone number and Zach picks up the phone – then hangs up on me when I start talking to him! Can you believe a CEO hanging up on a customer!?
This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers when things go wrong. They don’t own their mistakes.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company didn’t respond. There are many other people who have complained about this company on the BBB website. Just checkout their profile on BBB website they have a C- rating. They've also removed customer Reviews page on their Facebook business page because of so many bad reviews!
Please think twice before using this company. There are plenty of other reputable, honest companies out there selling the same or similar products. Unfortunately this company is not one of them!
NB: I highly recommend (((REDACTED)))t on Amazon or (((REDACTED))) . com - they'll even price match any competitor!
