You are a word bully! The woman made sence, you did not! It's in poor taste to judge someone's wrighting skills instead of addressing the presenting issue. It appears as though you were skirting around the issue--that you were angry and couldn't help yourself from saying something, although it hold no merit. You made comments; however, you failed to qualify your comments with facts. Your mindless comments made the woman comments appear credible.

I was a client of Sono Bello of Scottsdale, Arizona. I initially had great customer service. But by the time of my 6 month check the office has moved to a much larger location and the staff had acquired the attitude that came along with it. They were very rude and un concerned. They would call and ask me to reschedule the day if my appointment. And when I would arrive at the office no one would be around to great me and I would sit wondering for minutes if I was the only one there. After discovering I needed a revision (which was at the same time the moved to their new office and I found out my original doctor was no longer working for them) the staff was much less accommodating and friendly. The were actually quite rude. And from what I have since learned it that neither my original surgery nor my revision was performed correctly as I have since regained the fat that ws removed ( and I am a 24 year old women who weighed around 130 at the time if my surgery. I have gained back weight in the areas that it as removed by Sono bello. I was only looking to get rid of the small amount of access fat that I could not get rid of through exercising. This however is not possible with them, as I have jet up my exercising routine, being at the gym at least 5 times a week) I would not recommended Sono Bello to anyone. The service sucked and from what I learned the doctor was no good either!!! I say hire a good trainer and work your a** off!!! Much more satisfying and better results!!!

Its been a little over a week since we posted asking you to contact us so we could address the issues you put forth in your post. During that time weve looked over all of our patient charts to see if there was another way to figure out who you are so we could contact you. We follow our patient progress very closely through our post operative care but still havent been able to connect any of your comments to any patient we know of in our clinic. At this point it doesnt appear that you are a Sono Bello patient, if you are please contact us.

I am the director of patient care at Sono Bello Austin. Seeing your post here was very concerning to me so I wanted to get in touch with you immediately. Weve looked through our records and cannot seem to identify you based on the information in your post. No patient has contacted us regarding an infection or a trip to the emergency room. The Austin facility is relatively new with a minimal number of procedures to date so our staff is VERY familiar with each and every patient and how they are progressing with their recovery.

How in Gods name can you make such a statement? Foolish to say the least! Stupidity to be quite clear!
You really think this through before you blurted out - and I quote: "I DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY KILLED SOMEONE!! A POOR SOUL DIED from their incompetence and greed."
You would be better served spending that money on a lawyer! These folks may well sue you into poverty! What is wrong with you?
Please, before you post again, READ ABOUT PARAGRAPHS. Your story is nearly impossible to read. One big paragraph - it hurts the eyes and boggles the mind. Get the idea lumpy?
