I ordered and paid for what I thought was were seasonal games for my grandchildren to play on their psp3. After several attempts to get the games started and speaking to someone at the company, I was told they were maps to the games.  The advertisement stated Games, Not game maps. I could not get a refund. I only wanted this credited to the games, and this has not been Done. Beware. Misleading Advertising.

I too purchased what is called an Elite membership last year which included any free maps for that year on the game I played at no additional charge. Later that year new maps came up and they advertised as usual to get your new maps. When I went to the store to download, I was unaware that I was paying for each download. This is what I paid the extra fifty for. Free maps. They do give you the free maps but for whatever reason, it charged it. I am already aware that getting a refund is impossible. My suggestion to the company is that you provide a way for users to cancel a download which may be downloaded by mistake and or make available to get a credit for the right game app, new map pack or whatever. Leaving no option has made me reluctant and I will no longer purchase the elite membership at $50 a year but is made too easy to mistakenly download the map packs that non member have to pay for. There is no easy distintion between the two or a different place to go for members. Fix the problem so the many thousands who have probably paid for something they can't use or have already paid for.

I have seen so many things on Sony's internet site to cause many misunderstandings. I too have problems there.

So many broken links, and lies - To look up something, then feel like you get somewhere, only to end with a 404 error. They designed it, to give help for my product, yet not really helpful, then it wrote, if problems, ask. On the page it will write several ways to contact them, yet perhaps they will refuse to do anything. Its been this way for years.

Its like Bait and Switch - I am directed to this information, to download, then click, accept terms, then error. They have several ways to contact them, yet perhaps you get a response of being contacted with a response number, yet to be refused and complained about, then "thanks for understanding" - they expect me to stay away and "thanks for understanding." What I understand about Sony - Sony is Phoney. There Internet Site is "Sony - Make Believe.Com" they do a good job doing it, they do one thing, then shift to another, they make it look like its, right here, then dump you.

For example: They have several way to contact them about help, with the Sony LocationFree, they offer software for it, yet broken links. They have a listing on the page for help and support and several ways to do it, their phone number has hours and days to call about help. - yet  I emailed them, their response was do not ask, do not ask again, "thanks for understanding."
