I ordered the fight on 9/16/2017 a boxing fight canelo and golovkin @ 6:26 pm from only sonyplaystation.com for some reason playstation has third party departments I tried calling representative to state my claim for a refund. Spoke to many reps for sony. Kept getting pushed around on the phone lines due to wrong departments. I finally had my mom contact them per my mom's notes spoke to Brittney @ 3:30 pm she stated that she is not the billing dept after christopher transfered her to the billing dept. So once again brittney transferred my mom to another dept. Now my mom asked to please speak to a rep within the state of USA not some foreing idiot.  Brittney transferred my mom to Playstation Network billing dept she was not even sure if it was that dept. Henry was the name of the rep and she stated all fraud of collection monies for the fight he put my mom on hold for a brief moment and Henry states that the Internet was the issue when in fact I purchased the fight through another website cause sonyplaystation network kept buffering.

Once I tried multiple times to figure out the issue was not getting ahold of sonyplaystation chat cause of scheduled hours of business. Got fed up and wanted to watch the fight so tried another website and was charged another 79.99 low and behold no internet issues got to watch the fight on the website flipps ppvs was happy with this website but saw that I had to be paying another amount due to sonyplaystations faulty fraudulent site. I will never use this site again beware to all consumers be aware that sonyplaystation has multiple third parties when trying to contact via telephone and my mom states that they are committing fraud. Keep your monies do not trust lies from companies that do not refund when consumers like us pay good monies for a product that just buffers and or does not download.

I want sonyplaystation to be investigated cause their is lots of monies sitting on their books. We the people deserve our refunds. Sonyplaystation needs a class action suit asap love nene mom. Buy at your own risk till sonyplaystation learns how to treat all customers. Rep depts quit before u get thrown in the slammer not worth my time. Poor customers service reps state they are not committing fraud all people work but once the truth is founded out all sit back and listen and watch. I will not be surprised if I see the news on the fraud sonyplaystation commits.
