Sony ripoff, on $50 rebate for sony dvd, vhs player recorder refused, beacuse they said I did not submit receipt Submitted twice. refused both times Internet
Purchased a Sony DVD /VHS recorder with a $50 rebate from Sony. Bought at Circuit city. Sent in rebate form with all paper work required.
4 weeks later got a card saying refused, because all rules where not followed. Called the phone # on card, and was told receipt was not there???
Called Circuit city and they faxed me a copy of receipt. Mailed this in, waited 4 weeks, and went on web site,
to find status. e-mailed help line, and was e- mailed that no receipt could be found on 2nd submittal??
