I ordered a long board for my son's birthday from SoulBoards.com on 12/22/11.  I received the confirmation that they debited my checking account, and received an order number.  After a week, I didn't hear from them so I sent an e-mail request asking for status of my order.  No response.

I then called the numbers listed in my order form, the first one was a voice mail saying "the Happy Jack customer you called is not available."  Tried second number. Dave answered.  I asked about status of my order.  He asked me to fax him a copy of my order form and he would get back to me.  Faxed it.  No response.

I called Dave again, he said they did not have the long board I ordered and offered to give me another one.  I said "no, this is the one my son wants.  I could have gotten another board here locally."  Dave said to give him a couple of days to find the board.  Two days goes by, no call back.  I call Dave again.  He doesn't answer the call.  I use my son's phone to call and he said "oh, we couldn't find the board so we gave up."  I said I wanted my money back.  He told me to "put it in writing."  I said you have my debit card number, you took the money out, please put it back.  Dave's response "put it in writing" and he hung up.  I called back.  No answer (voice mail full).  I used my daughter's phone and called.  Dave answers with "you again, you don't ever give up."  I said I want my money back immediately.  Again, he said put it in writing and hung up.  I e-mailed a request to immediately refund my money.  I then faxed a request to immediately refund my money.  No response, of course, and no money.  I disputed the charge with my bank but NEVER would have received my money back from these guys.  Actually I think it's one guy with an elaborate website to make you think they are some huge company, yet all the numbers go back to Dave.  Dave is very abusive on the phone, refused to respond to e-mails regarding status of my order and hung up on me 3 times.  DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SOULBOARDS.COM.  They, and Dave, are scam artists.
