I also have been a customer of Sound Image. I had about 6 horrible situations that ocurred with them. I was treated horribly and also paid way to much for a low quality amp, low bass 12' woofers and a Jenson CD player that broke 3 times, replaced twice then finaly traded in for another out dated Kenwood that they charged me way too much for. Since I am a women I felt that they ripped me off and went back with an attitude, I was not leaving or shutting up without some service. My sub-woofer blew out 3 times and was replaced but with alot of sarcasim by the employees of the company. I still have the same system in my car that I have put about $1,000.00 into and it sounds horrible. This company should not be able to do business like this. I advise any one to pay the little extra for better customer service and guarantees for a better product from an accredable stereo shop, like Al and Eds Stereo or Circut City.
