SOUNDWORKS (Rick) In Kensington Has been almost 3 months since product/refund has been received. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ACTIVITY!!! Kensington Maryland .....

I sent payment in the middle of January. I had not received any email regarding my payment being accepted and assumed the product I paid for was in the mail. On January 25th, I received this email in response to my asking about payment and shipping details:

On the 5th of February, I had not received a refund and emailed for a second time regarding the lag time and here is his response:

Hey Mike I sent you a check already if you have not gotten it I will reissue one to you and send it registered.Believe me my feedback is more important to me then $200 and I will NEVER take your money please resend your address so I can make sure that is not the problem

Finally, after nearly a month of this, and having still not received anything by the 13th of the month, I decided to leave some negative feedack for the seller. Realize, I had not received payment nor any returned emails until I left this negative feedback. Here is his response on the 14th:

Then he wants to discuss things on the phone and asks for my number on the same day (14th). I give him my shortly after and then email asking him when he will be calling and here is his response on the 21st (note, one week later):

Finally Rick decides he will send the unit and $50 or just refund the money as according to the agreement that is settled on, this being 1+ months after he received my payment and went through tons of hassle/process in between.

Mike I am not putting you off but I am no where near the store now to give you a # I am sure it left and will have it for you tom.

So if the unit left on Monday, even Tuesday, it would be here by now according to UPS/FedEx time in route to me. But it is not here, I have received no email response for 8 days and I'm having to take action, starting NOW.
