Source One Automotive, Inc THEY SENT 4 "FINAL NOTICE POSTCARD" "CALL NOW OFFER EXPIRES" VEHICLE WARRANTY Franklin Tennessee
This company sent 4 "FINAL NOTICE" postcards with expiration dates and times, but they keep sending these guessing when your vehilces warranty is expiring. My vehicle has years before it expires so why do I have to call now before offer expires on a certain date the states you need to confirm within 72 hours? Way to many "Red Flags" on this postcard for a vehicle that they ahve no proper info/id for, Do they have a crystal ball or taro cards that give them our vehicles info?
Since their an accredited BBB business it's no use filling a complaint with the Middle Tennessee BBB (FOX GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE)because their employee Kimberly L. says this is not False statements. So stating "THE FACTORY WARRANTY ON YOUR VEHICLE MAY HAVE EXPIRED OR WILL BE EXPIRING SOON" is not a false statement when actually your vehicles warranty has years(confirmed with the dealership/factory and paperwork or no where the mileage on your warranty expires) to expire?
And why do we have to call now/offer expires on this date when they send 4 other FINAL NOTICE postcards?
I could have sworn "FINAL NOTICE" means no more notices or does it mean something else in Tennessee? (Or to exemployees who claim this companys' offer is not a scam but those other warranty companies are)
This is just like all the other extended warranty companies MISLEADING SCHEMES with the statements "CALL NOW" , "THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE" , "OFFER EXPIRES ON THIS DATE BUT YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM BEFORE" that are all HIGH pressure selling techniques.
