South and East Bay Airport Shuttle DID NOT SHOW FOR RETURN FLIGHT Campbell California
I had arranged for round trip from Morgan Hill to SFO. On our return trip I called them from Washington Dulles and said there was a weather delay and we would be 2 hours late. They said no problem, they had our flight information and they would be waiting for our arrival. We arrived at SFO at 315AM. I called the shuttle service and they told me they were too busy picking up people to go to the airport and that it would not be until 515am to 530am before they could get to us. They left us hanging....needed to rent a car to get home. They promised a refund none appeared on my credit card and finally had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I should have read the reviews here before I booked. What a horrible company.
