Customer Service is horrible. They have a slaeman here name Neiko who attitude is so bad you would think he's a woman. I got a vehicle from here with half the down payment. i was allowed bring the rest of the cash back the upcoming days. I got a phone call at 5am and didnt answer because i was sleeping. A couple hours later the same number called again and to my surprise it was( Neiko) Saying why didnt you call me.

I dont know what gave this guy the audacity to call me at 5am or to think that we established some type of personal relationship.When he was denied my friendship everything went downhill. I still owed the remainder on my down payment so he would use that as an excuse to call me every single day. The Sales Manager Tom ended up calling me and we made arrangements. five mins later Neiko's calling again.he even started calling from his personal cell phone.

I stop answering his calls and he would leave threatening messages saying he's gonna report the car stolen. how, when i didnt steal it. He's gonna press the gps button and come locate the vehicle.lol the car doesnt have gps.Eventually i was fed up with his scare tactics and I said whatever i felt at that moment. During the yelling session he passed the phone to some woman named( HOLLY) Now let's remember i'm the customer being harassed by the overly agressive big man. She immediately gets on the phone screaming bring me my car and now i'm confused.

I have never spoken to this woman and she instantly takes to her co-workers defense. I barely goy a word in at first, then i reminded her that i'm the customer and if she has any idea whta customer serive is. She replied customer service doesnt apply when the customer is full of it.This is (Holly) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER I told her i was recording her and she hung up the phone. I don't know what type of people this place hires but i can assure if i would have given this guy a chance i would not be having this problem.

You took possession of the car with a partial downpayment and then didn't pay the rest of it when agreed...right?

If so, how did the Rip you off?

I think they wanted the rest of the down payment.
