Southern Cafe, Cresthill, Illinois This restaurant is located in a strip mall just off weber rd in Cresthill. I tried it for the first time and was amazed at the policy regarding food you did not like.The pancakes were awful, not completely cooked. I had a couple bites and and that was it What a terrrible restaurant!!! Cresthill Illinois
I tried this pancake house called Southern Cafe in Cresthill Illinois. Pancakes were undercooked and tasteless. I took two biteds and returned them. Manager took them away.
Get the bill for a tasteless $3 cup of grits, and the pancakes are still charged. Apparently it is not the policy of the owner to remove a returned item from the bill even if you did not eat it.
then the manager said it is their policy to prorate the credit for how many bites the customer took!!! So she wanted to charge me for something I did not like, did not eat, and she took away!!!
Awful restaurant, dont bother.
