I WISH TO APPRISE YOUOF A SITUATION THAT HAS DEVELOPED BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN SALES & SERVICE CO.LIMITED AND MYSELF. SINCE I PURCHASED AN AUDI A4 LEMON FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE PROBLEMS I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN AN EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. THESE PROBLEMS ARE STILL ONGOING. I WILL ENDEAVOUR TO HIGHLIGHT THE SITUATION AS IT OCCURRED FROM THE ONSET.1 I PURCHASED AN AUDI [wauzzz8ex3a104265] CRYSTAL BLUE, IN FEBRUARY 2001 FROM THE SOUTHERN SALES.

FIRST OF ALL ,THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF THE CAR. ON RECEIPT OF THE VEHICLE, THE RIMS WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO BE NEW, WERE FOUND TO BE PAINTED. THIS WAS ONLY OBSERVED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BE WASHED AND WAS DRAWN TO MY ATTENTION BY THE CAR WASH ATTENDANT.  I BROUGHT THIS TO THE COMPANY'S  ATTENTION AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE RIMS WOULD BE CHANGED.  I EVENTUALLY SPOKE TO MR.SHIRAZ ASHAMED, AND ONLY FOUR RIMS WERE CHANGED AND THAT WAS AFTER ONE YEAR OF COMPLAINING. THE SPARE TIRE WAS NEW BUT PLACED ON USED RIMS, AFTER I AGAIN COMPLAINED THE RIMS WERE TAKEN FROM ANOTHER AUDI FOR THE TIRE.  

FTER ONE YEAR IN MY POSSESSION, A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS MANIFESTED ITSELF WITH THE VEHICLE. THE SERVICE TOOK FROM ONE WEEK TO SIX WEEKS ONTHE RETURN OF THE CAR, THERE WERE PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE. ITEMS WERE ALSO FOUND TO BE MISSING OR EXCHANGED. FOR EXAMPLE, THE  AUDI SYMBOL DISAPPEARED WHILE BEING SERVICE AT PORT-OF-SPAIN BRANCH.  THE HEATING PAD ON THE BONNET WAS CHANGED IN SEVICE   DEPARTMENT IN SAN FERNANDO AND REPLACE WITH ONE FROM OLDER MODEL. PRIOR TO THIS, IT WAS BROUGHT TO  THE ATTENTION OF MISS JANICE AND MR BRAIN MOOTILAL, THEY BOTH PROMISED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER BUT NOTHING CAME OUT OF IT.  OLLOWING THAT ,THE CAR WAS RETURNED OWING TO THE LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD, WHICH KEPT RUNNING COVERED BY AIRBAG. THE CAR HAD TO RETURNED TO SOUTHERN SALES EVERY WEEK, CAUSING ME TO USE A SERVICE VEHICLE, WHICH MOST OF THE TIME WAS ALSO DOWN FOR SERVICE.  I SPOKE WITH MR. MOOTILAL AND HE AGAIN PROMISED TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION, BUT THE PROBLEMS CONTINUED MONTH AFTER MONTH. IT CAME TO STAGE WHERE THE VEHICLE STARTED TO OVERHEAT. I CALLED MS JANICE AND I SPOKE WITH  MR MELVILLE, WHO TOLD ME TO PUT WATER IN THE COOLANT BOTTLE, YET THE PROBLEM CONTINUED.THE VECHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK IN, WHEN IT RETURNED.

I WENT TO PORT OF SPAIN ON THE RETURN JOURNEY TO SAN FERNANDO. ON REACHING GULF CITY, THE ENGINE STARTED TO SMOKE, OF COURSE IT WAS TAKEN BACK TO SERVICE. A USED CAR WAS GIVEN TO ME  IN  IT PLACE. LOOK OUT FOR PART 3 THANKS  TRINIDAD LEMON.
