Southview Loan Services I was guaranteed 5000 dollars, they requested 880 for collateral, I requested my money back and they said I would get it on March 8th, of course I did not receive the money back. Hyattsville Maryland
I received a call from a Joshua Hamilton from Southview Loan Services, He told me I was approved for 5000 dollars. He stated that I needed to send 880 dollars to secure the loan. I did that and the next day I received phone call from a David Gray indicating that an additonal 880 was needed and the money would be in my account the next day and I did wire the money.
I received a call later that day from David Gray and said that it fell through but he had another company that would give me 10,000 dollars but I needed to send an additional 880 dollars, I told him no and I wanted my money back, he said it would be refunded on March 8th, I called on March 7th and Joshua Hamilton guranteed it would be depoisted into my account. I waited unitl the 9th and there was no money.
I contacted Southview loan Services and no one would answere the phone. I left several messages and I threatened to sue the company and take them to court. Finally later that night David Gray called me and he made several racial and sexual comments towards me and would not discurss me getting my money back. That is the last time I heard from them.
Please make sure when you request any loans please invesitgate the company and contact the better business bureau.

I strongly feel the practices of this company have moved, but not in the physical form. They just changed their names but using the same form of the trickery.
