I was flying on a Southwest flight out of Arizona when I discovered a DVD left behind for the "Southwest Airlines Safety Inspection Training Video." I was shocked by the contents of what the company has tried to pass off as 'safety.' I think the public would be outraged if they knew just how slipshod the Southwest operation is. Southwest Airlines along with four other US carriers are currently under investigation by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) for failing to comply with federal inspection regulations. In the wake of this scandal we have uncovered the Inspection Safety video used by Southwest to train new employees.
