Space Apes Gambling ripoff Internet

Space apes runs several mobile gaming apps on both IOS and Android. The one I am having issues with is transformers earth wars. This is the only mobile game I have ever truly played due to my love for the Hasbro transformer series. Spaces apes offers bundles for a chance to get 2,3 and 4 star characters to collect and play. I understand a company is there to make money but when you spend over $100 you expect to get something for you hard earned money and not just 2 star duplicate characters you have already. I have addressed this issue with their customer service several times with no help offered. Each time they offer the same generic run of bad luck. I'm sorry but when you spend $100 you should be offered more then what they have offered. I know that do not have a gambling license and this type of system is a gamble with little or no reward in the end. If we dispute the charges with our app store we have been informed they will close our account which is another dirty tactic. It is not just I who have had issue but several others who complain on their Facebook page with no help offered. Justice needs to be brought to this company who holds customer service in such low regards.
