space hunter John Mcdermott took service charge for $150 cash by giving confident that move ASAP. & when I google his name I found he is Scam fraud & he was arrested.he is still collecting cash$.is it going to stop.Cant it be aw manhattan, New York
Its really frustrating and stressful when you have no place to move and totally depend on craigslist info to find room for share.I get this info Room rentals commence at $125 each on a weekly schedule.Minimum of one week rent/one week security sought in order to take the room. I had been his office where he asked me directly are you from Tibet? I reply no Im not IM from nepal.again he said nepal and tibet is almost same.I said no Its not. then he asked me my SSNo which I refuse and showed my PP ID.then he ask me where do I work? and he himself quickly said ""house keeping. I was wondering why he is asking that.
I reply him no I work as a cashier. o wow!! so you get free money and i was confuse 7 ask him what do you mean? he said you know sometimes you can get free money from your cash register. and he added again he love free money.
I had told him my situation as I have very short notice to move and im living in motel paying everyday. I need to move ASAP. as he said yeah there are lots of vacant room in the area I want to move. he took money $150 commission for two person to find the place.he gave me a paper where i have to call to get list of landlord info so i can contact by myself but call only next day in 14feb 2013. I ask him I can move by tomorrow and he confidently reply' Yes. as he is aware I have to move anyhow by tomorrow and thats why I paid for availability.

I start calling from 10am there is only 8 rent place list i found and which is not match where I asked him I like to move. I call him after trying 3 hours and there was no other list came up.he said check by 3pm. but again same thing and i called him then he said something and put me hold for 15 min . then I dont know why I felt so doubt the way he respond me. and I google his address then so many information came up like he was arrested & felony charges. Im not the only one and there are other victim from 2008 till date. now its me also. its not about $150 its about fraud. everyday I dont know how many people are going to victim of this add which he keep in craigslist. Please do not go and call.first google his given information or after you recieve info his office or any this kind of agent.when I found all details about his services and himself I called him again i talk to him Mr.john as i ask you yesterday (13feb2013) thats room is available and you said lots of them.then why I can get only 8 list of landlord and which even not match where i want to move. I ask him directly I need my money back then he said he have to ask to his Boss. he lie me again i already gone through with his background and related cases. he said call me after 30min. when I called him after 30 min he said what do you want to do? our boss can only return $85 or else you can come to office to go court together.he raise his voice and said you are keep repeating it. I have other clients in hold and said you cant talk to your customer like this then again he raise his voice louder and louder saying that what time you want to come today or tomorrow. and I reply I dont have to inform you now.
Now tell me TO whom I can believe?? And now I have few Dollars in my hand and no place to go. I wish this office should shut down other people like us will not be victim everyday. now i cant believe any agent or information about rent apartment or share room. I lost my money ,time,energy and faith.
