As soon as Robert and Colleen saw our post on rip off report they contacted us. They told us they will start making payments on the $7075 judgment and will pay off the entire judgment by the end of May. They made a $500 payment and then demanded that we take this report off. We refused since they didn't make multiple payments. How are we supposed to trust them? We contacted them again to see if they will make a payment and they said no. It is true that Elevate Magazine and One Empire have nothing to do with the promissory notes we have with them. But we have included it so people that search them can take extra caution when doing business with any entity they are associated with. As you will see in the below link they have track record. www.corp.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/f/fiveStar_dr.pdf

Rancho Cucamonga,#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

This about this information is true and correct, Nagy and Jennifer (the two individuals stating this information) did in fact loan spanish fly clothing $60,000 for business growth and we all thought it would be a great oppurtunity for all involved to make money. All the correct steps were taken to insure that everyone was taken care of. The attorney drew up the agreement it was reviewed by Nagy and Jennifer and their attorney and all agreed to move forward. UNFORTUNATELY as everyone knows our economy took a dive as did our business. The invoices stopped getting paid the orders stopped coming in and everyone felt it. However we will continue to push the business as we know it has a strong ability to grow. We have at all times kept in contact with them because they WILL get their money back. There is no reason for us to go anywhere or to state anything different. THIS WAS A BUSINESS INVESTMENT and unfortunately it hasnt panned out YET. She is feeling the pressure extra hard because she did lose her job and was the familys bread winner, so she has also felt the economy harder. We sympathize with them both and everyone who is going through this, we did in NO way intend to scam this family and really want this all to turn out for the best. Our intentions have always been to take care of any and all business obligations and really hope the economy will rebound. The other business Jennifer had mentioned in this have nothing to do with Spanish Fly Clothing and had nothing to do with any sort of our agreement with them.
