spasbi Portaspa OR slimvos I paid for a portable spa. NEVER received it or the refund I requested Loganville
I ordered a portable spa for $144 through Klarna April 23rd 2021. I contacted the company 3 weeks later to check the status. They emailed me and said. Give it more time. Will ship in the next week or so. 3 weeks later..no spa. I contacted the company back. They said it would ship by end of thr 1st week of June.
Still no order...I contacted them back a couple weeks later. They have not replied to my calls or request for my money back. I have filed a report with BBB and they changed their name. I filed a dispute with Klarna and they are giving me the run around. I filed a dispute with the FTC. I have read plenty of other stories similar to mine..The company will not allow customers to leave reviews.
