Special Ops - Alarm Responders - Strategic Protection Agency Screws over everyone and now the owner is trying to move to Texas to avoid it!! Milwaukee Wisconsin
I worked for Special Ops LLc for almost one year. I was ripped off several times. Sometimes if the owner had something special going on that he had to pay for we wouldn't get our checks or they would come weeks later.
If you complained about not getting paid and tried to tell Human Resources of the company, which by the way is the owner's illiterate mother, you would be threatened that you would not get paid at all!
This company has been evicted from not one but two offices! I first started working for them when they were on 1930 s. 4th St. When we got evicted from there I was the only dispatcher willing to work because I have a disabled child. I worked around the clock. I had nearly 150 hours per week! I slept between phone calls.
At first I was getting paid because I was the only employee and then when the new office on Brown Deer Road opened and he had more employees the misssing pay started to happen again. He ruined Christmas for everyone! That's because his son was born. He is a selfish man that tries to get away with not paying employees and charging random fees!
To this day he owes me $1400, bounced my checking account so bad I couldn't catch up, and made me behind on my bills to the point I am just catching up. He has done this to over 20 people and the labor board just has you file a complaint and sit and wait. They send him letters telling him to pay and when he doesn't you have to pay the court fees to take his sorry butt to court!!
Not fair at all. Now he is trying to move to Texas with the original owner of Special Ops thinking he can start over? No I don't think so because the people in Milwaukee that he screwed over is not letting this go!!

Lets get something straight here. You are 100% wrong to include Strategic Protection Agency in this. Josh Fritz was the owner of Special Ops, not SPA. Roman was the owner of SPA and under his control there was never an issue of employees getting paid or child support payments getting paid. I know who you are and am giving you 24 hours to remove SPA's name from this "ripoff report," otherwise I will be coming after you full force with my attorney for slander. Josh Fritz was a supervisor under Roman until SPA was sold to Fritz, which is when Special Ops was formed. I suggest you put facts in here and remove these false statements. You never worked for SPA, neither did "Todd" who has made the other comments. If you did, you would know that Roman was a man of his word and never screwed anyone over. Even Luis Cruz knows this. Understand, I am not defending Josh Fritz's actions, unfortunately he is in a tough situation and I hope for his sake and his families he is able to work them out and all parties in this mess are paid. I wish it never had to come to this, but am positive this will all clear itself up sooner or later.

The owner of this company is in jail because of the child support that he stole!! lol What goes around comes around!! KARMA
