Interested in a privacy fence? Do not hire Specialist Fence/Concrete LLC in Gibsonton Florida. We paid over 2k for a privacy fence to find out every hole they dug for a post, they busted our irrigation and advised us that it's in their contract that they are not responsible for pipe. Instead of notifing myself or my wife when they saw they pipe, they just continued to dig as if it wasn't there. The owner advised he has been in business over 40 years and there is nothing I can do. After about a dozen phone calls with false promises to fix it, I had to hire a plumber to come out and fix all the pipe. I then sent the bill to Specialist Fence and they said they weren't paying and that I can take them to court. After a quick Google attempt, I see that they recently did the same to a customer who paid 4k for their fence. I wish I would have Googled before hiring them. Anyhow, I am taking them to small claims because every company should be held accountable for their poor work and terrible service.
