The same exact thing happened to me but i ordered 5 costumes and then had to go out and get all new ones when I realized I was not going to receive my order by when I needed it! I want to cancel my orders but there's no way to! File a report with Yahoo! Shopping because they host the Spicy Lingerie website. Maybe if enough people file complaints SOMETHING will be done!

Why did you order something so close to the time you needed it - when you KNOW that companies will be busy for Halloween? Give them extra time, order early!
