Spiegel FCNB Card Processing, Aka Card Processing Center ripoff Hicksville New York
I have a credit card with this company and I continually incur overlimit and late charges. I have sent them several letters asking for a print out of all my payments and when they were received and they never respond. The do manage to send my statement out each month and cash my checks for payment on the account. I would like to pay the account off, but refuse to pay all the late and overlimit charges that they continue to charge on the account. What can we do to get these problems resolved?
