Spiegel fraudulent refund Internet
I was trying to return a jacket to the online clothing company "spiegel" because the size did not fit me well. I returned the item to the companys return address. After waiting for a month for my refund that I never received, I finally decided to call them to ask about my return.
But when I tried to look on their website for their customer serivce number that use to be displayed was no longer displayed. It is then that I googled searched for their customer service number on an internet search engine and found a link that had complaints from other customers that dealt with similiar situations as mine.
Please report this company for fraud. Their items are marked down extremeley low, which may lure innocent customers. Thank you.
