After having placed an order for Caterpillar genuine injectors, Spiktel UK /Adam Holmes asked for advanced payment what is normal for a first contact . After he confirmed me that his parts are genuine CAT advanced payment USD 6065,00 was done . Delivery time as per proforma invoice ( from Parts International Spiktel) was within 4 days . Payment done 29.01.2014.
After chasing delivery for 2 weeks parts finally arrived 17.02.14 : replacement parts instead of genuine and only 5 pces instead 8 pces as per order. These 5 wrong delivered injectors where returned to the US supplier . Insisting for correct delivery of genuine CAT parts as per my order and his confirmation , Adam Holmes / alias Dilip Krushan kept me waiting . Every 2 - 3 days he promissed that goods have been shipped and so on until 12th march where I had to accept being ripped off and I had to order new parts somewhere else. to show that a prompt delivery is possible : I got the new parts within 1 week ex USA.
Now chasing for refund I found out that Mr Adam Holes is also Mr Dilip Krishan . He is an employee of SPIKTEL Delhi India ( Contact there : Mr aawesh Dahia ) where he was travelling during february , but the HQ in India is not in a position to make the refund. Spiktel UK ( Adam Holmes Alias Dalip Krishan) doesnt reply anymore to emails. Phone is switched off.
Since the name of Dilip Krishan seems to have a bad reputation in the heavy machinery parts market, the guy took a new name : Adam Holmes. What will be the next one ? When is Spiktel India going to stop this bad theater ? Spiktel India is still offering CAT/KOmatsu /JCB parts on their web site !!!!
