Spirit Financial SCAMME 21151 S Wester Ave,#242 Torrence88, California
Submitted a request for mortgage modification to Bank America and was contacted by Mr. Lamont Lloyd from Spirit Financial. He stated my name had been refereed to Spirit financial by my banking institution. He explained terms for the modification and that it would cost $995. to submit all paperwork and get a response. Spirit Financial would every week contact me for updates on the progress of the modification. Spirit Financial has failed to contact me ph # 800-414-6770 is always busy, messages are not answered, Was able to contacted Mr. Lloyd ph # 307-529-0086 last wk after 25 or 30 calls and informed me that Spirit Financial had got with my financial institution and needed to submit some paperwork (he said 186 page doc.) and I needed to fork out $1200. in order for the modification to proceed. I requested a detailed brake down off the doc. to be filled be sent by email to me and I am still waiting for doc. or a call from Spirit Financial. Need to make other persons aware off the scam this financial institution is running to swindle more money out off the consumers, Spirit Financial also is not recognized the BBB Which I should have checked before doing business with them.Spirit Financial has complaints logged with the BBB.
