Really, you must have been beating the bushes long and hard to scare up 220,000 "Likes". Are they all customers of yours?
Oh, and as the owner of this site once said, getting Likes on Facebook, is not proof of anything, other than one's ability to drive traffic to one's page on Facebook.

Why has your "company" had to offer SO MANY refunds ? Personally I've counted over forty that have been applied for in 2012 alone . I doubt that even a fraction of them have been rightfully paid out . I will be keeping track of the complaints against your little scam and forwarding them , in my complaint against you , to the Delaware State Attorney General's Office . Who shall I say handled MY refund , that your falsely named model "Paula" refers to so often ? I would also like to know the actual name of the individual who originally contacted me to accept me as a "client" . I was given the name "Patrick McCoy" . Does this Nom De Plume suggest that he too is a model ? The second time I was reached by your outfit I was told I was speaking to Mitchell . Why did the same "Rep" possess two different identities ? Would it be possible to contact Patrick , Mitchell , or the infamous Mr. Tomas Sley in order to address these or any other concerns or complaints ? If so , how may one or all of them be reached ? For the record my name is Richard Lozinski ..... the Proprietor of

If you hear a knock at your door you should first check if the guest is wearing a shirt . If not , you'll know it's me . Please fell free to discredit me and make light of all my questions/concerns as you have always done in the past . Whether it be six , eight or ten years that you've been running this "Legit" scam why has the public never been blessed with even one "Rep" , "Client" , "Sponsored car" or any other actual documented photo that may add even an ounce of legitimacy to your your charade ? The reality is that everything you say is a misrepresentation of the truth and that your "business" has never helped anyone but Parham Mahani . If you'd like I can forward several documents that support my FACTS . If Paulette/Kerry is only a model why is she boasted as the worlds only internet blogger . Your little s**t scam is clearly a work of fiction . I respectfully request that you cease from any further slander or attempts to discredit me (Richard Lozinski) as further such sullying of my good name will result in legal action against Sponsored Whips.com . Yes we have Lawyers in Saskatchewan .

You recently stated that you were eight years in the industry . I now read your claim of being six years posted within the same calender year . Which is correct ? Neither I assume . I contacted Geico , Dupont and Monster Energy . All of which you said had sponsored other "clients" . They all insisted that they had never heard of your little scheme or were in any way affiliated with you as a middle man to full car sponsorship as you claim . Could you enlighten me as to these fraudulent claims ...... sir ?

You made claims that you've dealt with countless companies over the years, obtaining sponsorships, can you produce the names of your contacts? If I called the companies-Would they verify they've dealt with your company? When I gave you a deadline to produce a needed part (transmission) for the car your are representing for me, at first you spoke of finding local Installers, but when I called you on the day before the deadline (Sept 14, 2011), all of a sudden the tune changed, and I'm being chided about the fact that the item I needed, isn't an inexpensive item. My response was-"I am painfully aware of that." You also say you E-Mailed your contact at TCI (TCI Auto), and then said that they hadn't gotten back to you, and that it was unusual for them to do that to you. Can you produce the name of the person you say to contacted? ll I do know, is despite what you said, the deadline came and went, and no Transmission. At one point when I mentioned attending a Car Show at Orchard Beach (The Bronx), you said you'd get in touch with the Show Promoters, and try to get my Entrance Fee covered. I even sent you a copy of the Orchard Beach Show Flyer, but I never heard anything again about getting my Show Entrance Fee covered. Did you ever try to contact the Show Promoters? If I called the Show Promoters-Would they verify that you did indeed contact them? You made a lot of unwritten promises over the period time I dealt with your company, but nothing came of them, and I wonder if any of the places you say you contacted, would confirm that they indeed had been in contact with your company.

To the employee. I have no idea about your company and am not saying anything about how legitimate or not you actually are. But you are not really helping your company by your post.
The company has been going through many changes daily to raise our customer services bar every day.
- What in the world does that mean? If you have Customer Service issues bad enough that you have to go through many changes DAILY that does not say a lot about the current state of your company.
As for your 3000 likes on Facebook, that is not really saying much either. Many people "like" a company for various reasons, many times for nothing more than visiting the site.
To the OP. It looks like you have done this within 30 days. According to the employee they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. I would suggest if you don't want to do business with them you go for that and update this post as to the result. If all else fails, take proof of your certified letter not being accepted, this report showing that they would refund your money and file a Small Claims suit against them.

Finally got Patrick on the phone today (9-21-2011), around 4:30 P.M., asked him if he received my Certified Letter asking for my money back, and got a rather sad sounding yes from Patrick. Now let's see if he actually does refund my money in full.

I just called Patrick at Sponsored Whips today (9-20-2011). Patrick answered the phone, said he was "in his office", and that he would call me right back from his Desk. No such thing has happened
