Sport Clips Won't honor Gift Certificate Georgetown, Texas
My niece in Texas bought me a gift certifcate for Sports Clip.
A couple of days ago I went to the nearest location and was told by the barber, after she called the owner: "this is a franchise so we don't accept this. you might try the salon down in riverview."
I had already wasted a gallon of gas getting to the salon, and wasn't going to burn more on the chance that the other salon, even father from my apartment, might accept the gift certificate.
Many franchises sell gift certifcates and/or gift cards, and I have never heard of them being refused!!!
I went online and left comments for the salon that refused me, and also for the salon closest to the franchise HQ. I have never received the courtesy of a reply from either salon.
So my niece wasted her money, I wasted some gas, and these crooks are fat and happy.
What a RipOff!!!
