We bought our Springfree trampoline at the Issaquah store, with promise of a 10 year warranty on the entire trampoline. We wouldn't have paid $2000+ for a trampoline without that guarantee. in brief, the trampoline began to seriously degrade in year 6. We started calling the Issaquah location in November of 2018, left 25+ voicemails on the "warranty" line and never received a return call.

After finally making into the store on July 1, 2019, the friendly sales person immediately got the manager to help us,  and then disappeared. The manager indicated there were/are "phone system issues" hence the no call back from warranty line, "they got a new system" hence the "we couldn't find your original purchase/delivery/install order, then indicated that when we bought our trampoline "the warranty only covered the steel frame for 10 years and the net etc. for only 2."

We would have NEVER made the investment with a 2 year guarantee on the most critical part of the trampoline. Other "book keeper" types emerged from the back room to concur with the evolution of the warranty policy since we purchased ours. It 100% seemed like a routine they had performed many, many times before. Just a hunch.

The staff couldn't have been more polite, BUT it was clear their "hands were tied" in honoring the warranty promised by our salesperson.

You stated your trampoline was 6 years old in the review.  Our warranty changed to a 10 years after you had made your purchase. Below is what is stated on our website regarding our current 10 year warranty.

Buying a Springfree Trampoline is a family investment. Our commitment to manufacturing the highest quality product means peace of mind for you. We promise to stand behind our product and if you ever have any concerns, we are just a phone call away.

We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use and service conditions which do not include general wear and tear, burns, cuts or snags.

Please note that our warranty changed to 10 year coverage in September 2017. If you are uncertain which warranty your trampoline is covered by, please contact our Customer Care team at 1 877 JUMP SAFE (1 877 586 7723). Their website states, “The Springfree Trampoline warranty covers every component for a full 10 years. We checked whether other trampolines had a full 10 Year coverage and found many components have reduced warranty periods.”

Policies can change so you may want to review the warranty documentation you received at the time of purchase. Good luck.
