springs transmission and automotive charged us to replace water pump and timing chain in car .after 3 times of going back for leak we took car to another mechanic.he replaced water pump and gave us old one that was never replaced,also gave us written statement that timing chain had not been replaced 2 weeks prior as we were charged for .springs transmission and auto said they would pay us back for 2nd mechanic but after a week of not getting back and avoiding calls icalled and he said not going to help us with problem he cant find paperwork after i gave him copies of repair orders

update to tell future customers this company has 12 b b b reports against them 12 no replies.also they are delinquent with state treasury for 2 years .more info just keeps coming in .anyone who is having contact problems with business the state has another address for them it is 4276 tranquil trail colorado springs colo. and as i found out they have had 3 other businesses that are no longer in business.GOTTA MAKE YOU WONDER WHY STATE CANT STEP IN ? DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINGS TRANSMISSION 3310 CHELTON LOOP NORTH

Take your evidence to the police, if they won't do anything any competent lawyer would jump at this since you have hard evidence, and a signed mechanic's statement .
I'm a retired Master Mechanic, I've had people come to me thinking they'd been screwed or in one case sabotaged, I told hem the truth and they all thanked me whatever the problem was, Misunderstanding, Sugar in the engine oil, etc.
