I was due a Rebate of $50 for the DSL order. Order took place in January. According to them it takes up to a month to get the rebate. I called early June 06 and they tell me that I was in the system to receive the rebate but that I was frozen for some reason in the system.

Axel than apologizes and tells me that it will take another month before they can send me the rebate, that I have been waiting for, for three months. Sprint makes promises that they dont deliver. They want us to pay for their service but when it is time for them to pay up, you have to waste time making phone calls (most of the time they give you the run around) and writing to companies like this to report the promises they do not deliver on. I think I have been more than patient so much, they should pay me interest or a late payment fee.
