Dear John, You handled that one exactly right! Unfortunately these charges are coming from outside Sprint. Sometimes you enter your pcs phone numer into a field on the internet to get a free ringer, sometimes someone has used your phone, sometimes, no matter how hard you try NOT to let your numer get out, you will find yourself unknowingly enrolled in or slammed with these particular charges. Unfortunately, as you found out, there isn't anything Sprint can really do for you but point you back to the charging company. Some of these companies are really unscrupulous and are betting that either: a) you are not reading your entire bill or b) that you'll get so frustrated or just not understand what you need to do they can continue charging you. I have seen this many times. Kudos to you for finding and posting the contact info. Some of these third party companies can be pretty shady and make contacting them a real nightmare. I have one customer I am still trying to get to the bottom of. When I finally did contact the company they swear up and down that they don't even carry the mobile application that she is being charged for, even though I know her money is going to them every month.
