SPRINT PCS LOCAL & LONGDISTNACE Activated Prev-Canceled Longdistance service then charged .40 per min. ripoff CHARLOTTE CARLISLE Pennsylvania
I canceled Sprint Longdistance almost 2 years ago when a bill for one month came in at almost $300.00 for what should have been local calls. I called them up and canceld the service.
Then, almost 2 years later they reconnected longdistance without my knowladge and charged me Fourty cents per min and mailed me a bill for almost $700.00 and then shut my phone off.
I called and attempted to rectify this problem but they continued to say that I used the minutes. When I asked them if the had a plan for unlimited longdistance they said yes its $39.95 a month.
When I asked them why did they not at least call me and offer that plan they got quiet and did not know how to answer me. They said they would get back to me. 3 days later they said I had to pay the bill.
They are a rip off company and this isnt the first time myself and thousands of others have had them swindle money and rip people off.
