I've had Sprint PCS for nearly 2 years and for the most part have been "happy" with the service I have gotten. However, there have been times that have really irratated me, but because of my bad credit, I am stuck with Sprint.

I signed up on a plan that gave me 1500 anytime minutes, free long distance and free web service for 6 months. I told them that I did not want the web service and was gauranteed that it would be dropped automatically at the end of six months.

After 2 months with them, they were running a special in the Denver area that allowed me to go to 3,000 anytime minutes without affecting my monthly rate. Since I was using close to 2,000 minutes/month I decided to do this.

Well, nearly 2 years later, I finally went over 2,000 minutes and was I in for a surprise - the special was no longer on my contract! All of a sudden I am paying in excess of $450 in one month just to keep cell service - and the bill is still not paid.

I have waited on hold for hours with no results. I have actaully gotten through to a human a couple of times and they are complete idiots. "According to our records you have never had that plan." When asked to get a supervisor, all of them are on the phone! (No wonder - Sprint has no Customer Service so EVERYBODY wants to speak with a manager!)

I am cancelling my service Monday and going with a Cricket phone until I can afford someone else. It will be a serious damper on business for awhile but oh well.
