For four months in a row, I've received bills in error for $50-$180, totalling $370. Every Sprint does this, I have to blow 45 min or more on the phone to get it fixed, so I lose either way.

If anyone our there wants to start a class action, I'd be up for it. Otherwise, I'm going to try to tackle the local local Sprint store in small claims.

Me too. they are doing this to make their accounting numbers look better

I was with Sprint up until about 3 years ago when they started having $$$$ troubles. I switched to Verizon once I noticed all kinds of billing errors that would take forever to clear up. I think they are doing this to make their accounting numbers look better - you know payable invoices are considered "cash" on the balance sheet, and "error corrections" are written off later.
