I was with Sprint up until about 3 years ago when they started having $$$$ troubles. I switched to Verizon once I noticed all kinds of billing errors that would take forever to clear up. I think they are doing this to make their accounting numbers look better - you know payable invoices are considered "cash" on the balance sheet, and "error corrections" are written off later.
