I currently have a Samsung a900 handset which has many issues. Here is a brief list of them:

-GPS: doesn't locate and wont work applications such as Telenav and Garmin

-T9 predictive text function doesn't allow me to teach it new words

-handset randomly re-boots

-when I am dialing a number and and incoming call is received the phone will freeze

bletooth is very weak and will not pair with certain vehicles

The a900 is a very faulty phone and Samsung released the a900m which has super-seded the a900. The a900m has fixed all the descibed issues. I have talked to Sprint customerswhohave had the same problems as I have and have had their a900 handset replace free of charge with a a900m.

I have talked to Sprint's business, retention, customer service, and executive departments about the problem and they all tell me the same thing. Either I can receive another faulty and defective a900 free of charge or I can spend at least $120.00 out of my pocket to have a a900m which works the way the phone was intended to in the first place.

This is very poor customer service. I joined Sprint with a single line with a $100.00 spending limit with a $250.00 deposit. I have worked my way up to three lines with no spending limit within three years. I am very displeased and thay is why I am have written to the Better Business Bureau and to ripoffreports.com. I will go through all proper channels until my complaint is heard by everyone.
