Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Sprint has dropped about half my calls from my house and in my car and has no common sense on how to deal with a customer. they call me at 7:30 am sometimes earlier and as late as 1:15 and I have the phone message to prove it still saved on my phone. They promised to knock a chunk of money off my bill and took off a small portion. won't wave the early termination fee and have beeen with them for over 6 years! told my I can have $75 off a new phone when I want A NEW PHONE COMPANY!!!

Amy, I also had service issues with SPRINT and got nowhere with customer service. I got the address of their legal dept. from their customer service rep. refusing to tell him why I wanted it and then sent them a CERTIFIED letter with the heading NOTICE BEFORE LAWSUIT. I explained the service problems and said I wanted a judge to decide my position that THEY violated our contract by not providing consistent service. I wanted the EARLY TERMINATION FEE waived and my last month bill erased. I said if I did not receive a response in 14 days I would file the lawsuit at my local courthouse. I got a call from the corporate office in 3 days agreeing to my request. The next day I checked my account and everything was taken care of. It might work for you. Good luck.
