My husband and I got a Sprint PCS phone because you didn't have to pay a deposit...stupid us.

When we first got it they told us that we would have the internet option free for 3 monthes, so we kept it for about a month and then cancelled it and every since then we have had it periodically show back up on the bill. There has been other things mysteriously show up on the bill.

Then my husband couldn't get a second phone added to his account (even though it was it good standing) without paying $150 deposit, but he could go online and get a 2nd phone without paying the deposit...how freakin' stupid is that? Then we got sick of all the bull**** so we tried to cancel them and pay the horribly high disconnection fee on top of our bill but they won't let us cancel the one phone because it has a back bill...well hell yeah it has a back bill because why should we pay for stuff on our bill that we didn't want?

We would be more likely to pay it off sooner if we could cancel the one phone.
