Did you get free phones from them when you open the service? If so, the hidden cost may be from the phones. Most people do not carefully read the contract or fine prints in the contract. Phone companies usually charge for the phone they claim to be "free" if the consumer do not use their service for the whole contract length (but the language they use in the contract may be different but still has the same meaning).

I contacted sprint on( 888 211 47 27) the lady i spoke with told me that they will adjust the bill once again from $499.55 to $400. To me something is still missing sprint wont provide me with the break down of the bill.
