SPRINT (RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCES) Charging me for a SPRINT account that I never opened, because I am deployed to Iraq for 15 months. BOTHELL Washington
I received a Collection Notice from Receivable Performances for a SPRINT account that was opened March 2008. I am currently in the militray and my SPRINT account is on military suspension, because i am deployed to Iraq for 15 months.
I know this is not my account, because for one, it was opened during the time frame that I deployed. And two, it is a joint account and I am divorced and have been divorced for nearly five years.
I have tried to call the number that was provided on the statement and I attempted to send many emails, but with no response.
I contacted SPRINT and I still have my account that I had prior to deployment and with this account, no information is being provided to me.
