Sprint Van Lines moving company ripoff Rockville Maryland
Sprint Van lines (SPRINT VAN LINES) were contracted to ship my personal effects, including a piano, from Rockville, MD to Los angels, CA. My stuff was packed on the agreed date but since then it has been a horrible experience.
I was assured that delivery would be 8 to 10 days, typical for a move from the east coast to the west or vice versa, I know because of personal experience. I was verbally given a delivery date of 11/25/2003, about right given my goods were packed on 11/18/03. With no communication at all from SPRINT VAN LINES since I sent the check in late November I finally called them a week before the first delivery was due. I was informed delivery was now 12/05/2003. This was not met and a 3rd date 12/12/2003 was given.
After many requests I finally received the name of the delivery agent. This agent has received no paperwork from SPRINT VAN LINES and has informed me the vessel that my effects are supposedly on is not due until 12/22/2003.
Three delivery dates missed and if SPRINT VAN LINES are to be believed just over 1 months after I packed up in Rockville I will finally see my stuff. No company could ever advertise themselves as "relocation experts" and offer a 1 month delivery time frame.
My advice "Do not under any circumstances ever use Sprint Van lines". All personnel I have spoken to at SPRINT VAN LINES are evasive at best. They do not respond as they say they will and when they finally do the response is simply untrue or incomplete. They are fantastic at providing a quotation and requesting payment, in fact they will have you courier the check at their cost and cash it very promptly. When you express concern about the status of your personal effects you are simply dismissed in a very curt manner. These people are simply unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Dear rip off I am sorry about the misunderstanding. We did not file a claim against you in the FBI. Like I said before In the past 4 days someone is trying to hurt our spotless reputation. We are facing an attack by a person who we suspect he is one of our competitors. The attack included the following actions 1)implanting false leads on the on line system.we have traced at list 50 false leads like mentioned above. Due to the huge damage created by these leads we filed a complaint with the FBI.in addition to that we have blocked the ip address that was used by that person 2)the FBI has acknowledged that the ip adress used for the leads was stolen and was used for unlegal actions 3)we also noted a complaint against our company on your web site this complaint his false and we suspect it was made by the same person for your information we are never moved any person by the name of Mike Petaluma. 4)more over on the mentioned date (11/18/03) we have no jub at all. 5)we will be happy to provide any information to prove our spotless reputation.
