Me and my wife started a sprint account with 2 phones and a decent calling plan that fit our needs at the time. To start with the bill i got were very confusing. Eventualy i was made to understand that the bill is issued at the begining of each month for the charges that you should occer durring that month to come. including any overages from last month. this makes no sence to me at all. but what ever. so after our first month i get a shocking bill for 247 dollars. Well first let me state that i work in customerservice and would never raise my voice to a rep. that being said i called customer service and told them that i believe there to be a mistake with my bill. after 2 disconections finaly i get somone on the line. he explains that those bills are so high because of aditionl features that were free but i had to cancel them and now im being charged. so ok this is on febuary 3rd so i ask him, ok so if i take that stuff off my account i should be only charged for 3 days of use in the month of febuary. he confirms this and at the same time i change to a much cheaper plan because i only used like 200 minutes between both phones.

so next month im expecting febuarys bill plus march. both at the new rate. instead i get full charge for febuary and the new rate for march. so i figure it was a simple mistake and no problem. i call customer service and get connected to india. im haveiing a VERY difficult time comunicating with anyone. the first night of this i am disconected 4 times. im assuming that there having technical problems so give up and call the next night.

THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD

the first person puts me on hold and eventualy hangs up after 30 minutes of holding. the next 3 people i talk to do the same. i ask to speak to a superviser on the 4th try. the superviser picks up the phone and leaves it off the hook on his/her desk. i know this beacuse i can hear typing and conversation on the other end.after siting on his/her desk for 40 munites i hear the dreaded CLIK of someone again hanging up on me. the 5th time i get someone that expalins to me the situation that i already know and refuses to accept that there maybe a mistake... keep in mind we are still dealing with a launguage barrier. he puts me on hold for 4 minutes. picksukp the phone laughs in the ear peice and hangs up. im not making this up. i call back again and ask for a superviser again... (im still not raising my voice at this point as so far im dealing with a diffrent person each time) again im transfred to a superviser who again picks up the line leaving the phone on the deak. for the next hour i get the joy of listening to this person laugh, converse, type take calls and the such only to have them pick the phone off the desk..... and hang it up...again.

i call back for the last time and get hungup on again by the rep without even getting tranfred to a super.

i will never again deal with sprint. credit report be damed they wont get a penny from me untill someone aplogises, and fixes my bill. i reported them to the new mexico consumers board and got a letter from sprint... that said the same thing as my bill.thats it. i have given up and but my losses. just a warning to others.

DO NOT use sprint or nextel. i think this is how they get there money. they either bully you into paying money you dont owe or make you mad enough to cancel early and pay the cancelation fee. either way they win.

frustrating to say the least.
