SRC, An Aetna Company It's been a year & they have not paid me back for my claim yet! Columbia South Carolina
I had a Dr. visit on 4/30/07. I kept getting calls from the doctor that SRC had not paid the claim yet. And I got a few letters from SRC saying that the charges were incurred after my termination date. First of all, I would not have gone to the doctor if my insurance was cancelled! Second of all, I did not quit that job until the end of May!!
I finally had to pay the doctor myself so I wouldn't get a tick mark on my credit report... I have called SRC so many times & talked to many, many different people (Cherie, Andrew, Chasity, Tamika & didn't get some of the other names) Although they were all pleasant, I got a different answer from each person I spoke with & it didn't seem like they knew what was going on! I even faxed my paycheck stubs showing my employment dates (Twice)...It is now April 2008 and I have never received a call back from them, nor have I received reimbursement for my claim.
This is crazy, a whole year! I just want my money back. I am not happy with this insurance coverage & would never, ever use it again. Hopefully by doing this, I can get my money back from them.
