I received a phone call on 9/9/08 from a Mike at "SRCLeads co"., to purchase leads. According to him, these leads were response from people through "ValPac" who were interested in buying Life Insurance. According to Mike, these people used their own dime to mail back their response requesting life insurance. Based on that declaration i made a purchase for 100 leads at $3 per lead (just to test their leads)He offered an additional 100 leads at $1 per lead, making a total of $400. I agreed and gave him my credit card authorizing the $400 purchase.

I asked for my receipt which he claimed he sent by email. No email came through so i requested it by fax, that was when i noticed a $410 charge, i called him on it and he apologized. After paying for the leads, which i expected instantly, i waited a good while and there was no leads so i called him and ask for my eads: it was at that time he informed me that i would get it within 3-4 days becausing they are scrubbing them against the"no call list" i said tha't won't do so he offered to put a "rush" on them.

I now realize that this guy's credibility was at risk, and becoming suspicious, i called him the following day 9/10/08 and told him to cancel the order. He said that it is on it's way within a short while i received a list of names of 200 people. I contacted the first 4 people on the list using the information he gave me about how the list was obtained, three people hanged the phone up, the fourth had no idea about what i was talking about. I realize that I WAS HAD.

Before I contacted Mike i noticed that along with the names of people there was a "Script": upon reading the script I notice that the information on tthe script was contrary to what i was told, which was the basis for the sales. What i bought was not what i received, It was clearly a "bait and switch"

I immediately sent a certified letter to the president of the company. He did not respond. Which leads me to conclude that he subscribes to the same principle.

I fully acknowledge that in this case there were a variety of errors in the order delivery and customer service process. We have also included in our order processing system a written description of our means of compiling our data and our terms and conditions that must be signed to complete an order. In the future there will be no confussion about the product as a result of a salesperson's description not matching our product. It is not possible to review the specifics of this client because we do not have the data required to look up their record (company name, invoice number...). We have been promising a full refund for clients who are unsuccessful with our prospects since we began. This is a BOLD promise and not one you can make for long without going out of business unless you provide a quality product. As part of our full money back guarantee, the client must contact the full list. However, we also stand behind our product and provide partial refunds for clients who do not use the full list. In certain cases, clients are unwilling to follow the steps required to receive a refund and insist on a refund anyway. We strive to provide a quality responsive file in all cases and we are aware that in some cases our leads are not as effective. However, it is our commitment that in all cases we leave our clients satisfied. Unfortunately, we fell short in this instance. We ask that you consider that we do business with more than 30 agents on an average day. That is over 7,000 agents a year. Although there are some clients that, for one reason or the other, are dissatisfied, our success rate is very high. And to call us a rip-off is a gross exaggeration. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and have been for 7 years. We have a current "B" rating, and have responded to and resolved every customer complaint ever reported. We encourage any person considering doing business with us to look up our history with that organization.
