!st Choice Home Service Don't keep appointments! Very unprofessional Houston Nationwide
I purchased Amazon Local voucher. I had appointment today for window cleaning. I called 2 days ago to confirm appointment and was told I did have the appointment. I waited for hours and when no one showed I called. The person who answered stated, "I was supposed to call everyone in Houston. We have no service in Houston today. Please hold" I was on hold for 10 minutes and then the line disconnected. I called back and was put on hold immediately and waited another 10 minutes and was disconnected again. When I called a third time, all I got was a voice mail. I felt I wasted enough time on this company and called Amazon and got a refund. At least they were apologetic and professional.
