Quit company in May 2005. Pay was constantly changing one day to the next. I was driving region west coast. Company would let me sit in Fontana Ca and tell me to drive local for hourly pay, anywhere from 10$-15$ per hour, they would then they would then tell me how many hours I would be paid for, regardless of how many hours I worked. Sometimes I worked for minimum wage.

When driving I had many weeks less than 1800 miles per week. When I wanted to quit and turn in truck they tried to get me to leave truck in CA and find my own way home, I picked up truck and was hired in Minneapolis, I live in MI. They finally got me a load from Snowflake AZ to LA, and back to turn in truck. Dispatch wanted me to run illegal, (I have digital pictures of Qualcomm messages of my last few days dispatch). Just found out while looking for job they have screwed up my DAC report. Truck was parked waiting to load, another driver hit front of truck backing up, they have me charged with preventable accident. Revenge for quiting? Don't know, but I wouldn't recommend this company. After this accident they put me in a 2006 Volvo. Company does not know how to treat drivers, not honest.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Thu, August 09, 2012

What he says is true, and actually pretty tame for these clowns. They turned me loose the day after I submitted my notice. In addition, I had to contact hire right and dispute a couple of things they were kind enough to put on my DAC. Both false. Two disputes, no response from Koch, so they were removed. If you ever have the misfortune of working for these clowns, you MUST check your DAC every week or two for about six to eight weeks. They WILL try to be slick. Post one thing, wait a few weeks, and then post something worse. They first posted that I backed under a trailer with a kingpin lock on it. No biggie, disputed and won. Then they posted a side swipe on it after I got the backing thing removed. Most childish and petty company I've ever seen.
