On four seperate occasions my debit card was double charged for utilizing a particular parking garage (Front Street SP Garage). A charge was also on my account for a day when I was not at work, my last day on the job was 7/2 and a charge was made on 7/5. There were numerous emails sent to the person whom I was advised to contact (Brett Litteral) to provide bank statements which proved the double charges in order to receive a refund. We have been going back and fourth for well over a month, I was told corporate would be responsible for the refund, but corporate has not responded to BL's emails after "numerous attempts" and I think that is a little strange. After researching reviews for this company I did see where other customers experienced the same situation. This situation needs to be resolved, I should not have to pay for services that I did not receive. I have my bank statements that proves I was double charged.
