I just received this letter in the mail today for the amount of $4,875.00 to deposit into my account and pay for taxes. I called the office at 1-416-731-4893 and the first time it was unsucessful but the second time I spoke with Mr. Howard Richard and he told me to deposit the check, because I was doubting I asked him if the offer was a scam. He asked me if I bought something at Walmart, or Home depot I said yes. He said that the rest of the money will arrived by fedex.
The letter says that I won "DE-Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery" so I was curious and started to look in the internet and went to BBB (Better Business Bereau) to check for the business identity, this website is where you can know if a business is trusted or not so i couldn't find it so i start by looking for the name that is printed in the check, that way i find this website. Thanks God I did cause I was about to deposit it first thing Monday morning. I was like really happy cause the way things are so difficult now that they are taking advantage of. It's really hard to just believe in miracles these days.

Why you you even bother to ask him it it is a scam? Of course he would say NO. Common sense. FYI you can not win a contest you have not entered, foreign lottos are ILLEAGLE. AND you NEVER have to send money if yhou really win and they do not send the money by fed ex. Don't be so trusting you will will be scammed again.
